training, testing, coaching methods and intensive focus with his clients have helped them reach levels in
sport that they never thought were possible. CCNS has an extraordinary belief in what the client coach
relationship should be. With training and racing there come significant stresses in one’s life. By CCNS
standards, a coach’s job isn’t to just focus on the athlete’s training, but to help the athlete stay organized
in his or her daily life, and help establish the right habits that help maximize one’s well being and
recovery. Coach Aidan Charles’ education, real life racing experience, and training experience makes
sure he can help everyone be successful.
