Olympic Training Center Protocol Lactate Threshold Testing

CCNS LT Testing Sessions

CCNS provides safe and affordable lactate threshold testing by a USAC certified coach. This test is also available for swimmers, runners, and rowers as well. CCNS uses finds your fitness levels through direct blood lactate sampling. CCNS provides all the equipment a cyclist needs in order to determine there Zones and Thresholds at Wattage, Heartrate and Perceived Exertion. A session of lactate threshold testing will determine:

  • Power at LT
  • LT Threshold Heart Rate
  • Endurance capabilities (Wattages and HRs)
  • Workout Training Zones (Wattages and HRs)
  • A General Training Plan to meet this year’s goals Price: $98

Wingate Testing - Price: $35

Maximal Power Output and Average Sprinting Power

See how you stack up to against the great pro sprinters. The Wingate test measures your Maximal power and Average Power output during an all out sprint. VO2 Max Testing - Price: $199

A Glimpse of your genetic potential.

An excellent way to determine current fitness levels and physical potential. When used in combination with a proper training program, VO2 Max testing has incredible value in helping an athlete achieve his or her peak physical condition.

Resting Metabolic Rate Testing - Price: $79

Determine your exact metabolic and caloric needs. Determining your resting metabolic rate and caloric needs is crucial to safely and effectively lose weight, gain weight, enhance recovery, and have more energy! CCNS will help you determine your exact caloric needs using advanced calorimetry.

Complete Fitness Analysis Package - Price: $300
